HELP US CLEAR THE NEXT HURDLE: LAST DAYS OF FILMING & ASSEMBLY CUT!

 

After almost three years, we look to wrap filming for See Jane Run: An Indo Story at the end of October. Editor Katrina Palmisano has put together an ASSEMBLY CUT (2.5 hours) as an embryonic "draft" of the film and we have learned there are connective tissue and a couple lingering questions we need to capture. Jane will be in Phoenix, where co-directors Bruce Nelson and Brenda Foley are based, to present her one-woman play so we will take the time to catch these final interview and b-roll moments. Director of Photography Barri Chase will come from Portland for the shoot to maintain our visual consistency and we will fill out the crew locally. Then we will be back to the editing suite to incorporate the new footage with the goal of a ROUGH CUT in the coming months... 

 

We have been fundraising in stages, and I've only asked when I really need the money. This is one of those times. I set a goal of $5,000 to get us through the final filming days and to a finished "assembly." We'll need much more to make it to a rough cut... so if you are moved to give, we'll use it.
